Rapid Cleanse 1: Milk thistle is used in Herbal Medicine to help relieve digestive disturbances/dyspepsia. Provides antioxidants. Rapid Cleanse 2: Source of fibre. Rapid Cleanse 3: Supports the process of a colon cleanse by relieving occasional constipation. Relieves occasional constipation. Promotes bowel movement by direct action on the intestine. Cautions and Warnings
Rapid Cleanse 1: Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have stomach ulcers, excess stomach acid, gallbladder disorder or cystinuria. Consumption with alcohol, other drugs or natural health products with sedative properties is not recommended. Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen. Stop use and seek medical attention immediately if you experience dizziness, confusion, muscle weakness or pain, abnormal heart beat and/or difficulty breathing. Rapid Cleanse 2: Stop use and consult a health care practitioner immediately if you experience chest pain, difficulty in swallowing or breathing after taking this product. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are taking medications which inhibit peristaltic movements (e.g. opioids, loperamide). Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have faecal impaction or symptoms such as abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting or fever, or difficulty swallowing. Rapid Cleanse 3: Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have fecal impaction, or symptoms such as abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting or fever. Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen. Reduce dose or discontinue use if you experience abdominal pain, cramps, spasms, and/or diarrhoea. Stop use and seek medical attention immediately if you experience dizziness, confusion, muscle weakness or pain, abnormal heart beat and/or difficulty breathing.
Contra-Indications
Rapid Cleanse 1: Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Do not use if you have heart disease, high or low blood pressure, kidney or liver disorder, and/or bile duct obstruction, diabetes or edema (swelling of hands, face and feet) or are taking products containing diuretics, corticosteroids or licorice root. Do not use if you are taking antibiotics or nitroglycerin. Do not use if you have potential or existing intestinal blockage. Do not use if you are allergic to plants of the Asteraceae/Compositae/Daisy family. Do not use if you have severe dehydration with depleted water or electrolytes, or diarrhea. Rapid Cleanse 2: Do not use if you have abnormal constrictions of the gastrointestinal tract, potential or existing intestinal blockage, atonic bowel, appendicitis, inflammatory colon disease (such as Crohn's disease or ulcerative colitis), bile duct obstruction, abdominal pain of unknown origin, undiagnosed rectal bleeding. Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Do not use if you have diabetes mellitus. Rapid Cleanse 3: Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Do not use if you have abdominal pain of unknown origin, diarrhoea, abnormal constrictions of the gastrointestinal tract, potential or existing intestinal blockage, atonic bowel, appendicitis, inflammatory colon disease ( Crohn's disease or ulcerative colitis), bile duct obstruction, undiagnosed rectal bleeding, severe dehydration with depleted water or electrolyte. Do not use if you are allergic to anethole or plants of the Apiaceae/Carrot family. Do not use if you have heart disease, high or low blood pressure, kidney or liver disorder, diabetes or edema, (swelling of hands, face and feet), have hemorrhoids or chronic gastrointestinal disorders. or are taking products containing diurectics, corticosteroids or licorice, do not use.
Known Adverse Reactions
Rapid Cleanse 1: Hypersensitivity/allergy is known to occur; in which case, discontinue use. Rapid Cleanse 2: May cause temporary gas and/or bloating. Rapid Cleanse 3: Hypersensitivity is known to occur, in which case, discontinue use.

Take 2 capsules of Rapid Cleanse 1 in the morning with a meal providing protein. Take 1 level scoop of Rapid Cleanse 2 mixed in water or juice in the morning and in the evening. Take 2 capsules of Rapid Cleanse 3 in the evening with 250ml (1 full glass) of water on an empty stomach (allow 6-12 hours for laxative effect to occur). Do not use within 2 hours of other medicines. Drink plenty of water while using this product.
