Recommended use or purpose:

Helps increase the total sleep time (aspect of sleep quality) in people suffering from sleep restriction or altered sleep schedule, e.g. shift-work and jet lag. Helps relieve the daytime fatigue associated with jet lag. Helps to reduce the time it takes to fall asleep (sleep onset latency aspect of sleep quality) in people with delayed sleep phase syndrome. Helps re-set the body's sleep-wake cycle (aspect of the circadian rhythm).

Cautions and Warnings 

Stop use if allergy occurs or if you experience headache, confusion, or nausea.

Avoid taking with alcohol or products that cause drowsiness.

Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have a hormonal disorder, diabetes, liver or kidney disease, cerebral palsy, seizure disorders, migraine, depression and/or hypertension or if you are taking blood pressure or sedative/hypnotic medications. Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist and/or worsen. If symptoms persist continuously for more than 4 weeks (chronic insomnia), consult your health care practitioner. Consumption with alcohol, other medications or natural health products with sedative properties is not recommended. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have depression and/or related diseases.

Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are taking medications for seizure, steroids or blood thinners.

Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have cardiovascular, immune, chronic kidney disease, asthma or low blood sugar

Contra-Indications 

Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Do not drive or operate heavy machinery for 5 hours after using this product. Do not use if you are taking immunosuppressive drugs. Do not use if allergic to plants of the Asteraceae/Compositae/Daisy family.

Known Adverse Reactions 

Hypersensitivity (e.g. allergy) has been known to occur; in which case, discontinue use. Some people may experience drowsiness. Exercise caution if operating heavy machinery, driving a motor vehicle involved in activities requiring mental alertness.
