Recommended use or purpose:

Used in Herbal Medicine to help relieve digestive upset/disturbances including lack of appetite, nausea, digestive spasms, indigestion, dyspepsia and flatulent colic (carminative). Used in Herbal Medicine to help relieve inflammatory conditions of the gastrointestinal tract. Used in Herbal Medicine to help relieve mild digestive disturbances (such as dyspepsia, flatulence, bloating, and belching). Digestive enzyme. Digestive aid. Helps digest proteins. Used in Herbal Medicine as an adaptogen to help to temporary relieve symptoms of stress (such as mental fatigue and sensation of weakness).

If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, do not use this product. Do not use if you are allergic to plants of the Asteraceae/Compositae/Daisy family.Known Adverse Reactions If you experience irritability or insomnia, discontinue use. Hypersensitivity, such as allergy, has been known to occur in which case, discontinue use. Headaches, heartburn, bloating and hypersensitivity (e.g. allergy) have been known to occur; in which case, discontinue use.
