Recommended use or purpose:Helps maintain healthy blood pressure levels. Garlic is traditionally used in Herbal Medicine to help relieve the symptoms associated with upper respiratory tract infections and catarrhal conditions. Used in Herbal Medicine to help reduce elevated blood lipid levels/ hyperlipidaemia in adults. Used in Herbal Medicine to help maintain cardiovascular health in adults. Passionflower is traditionally used in Herbal Medicine as a sleep aid (in cases of restlessness or insomnia due to mental stress). Provides antioxidants.

Cautions and Warnings: Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if taking other medication or health products. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have faecal impaction or symptoms such as abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting or fever. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are taking blood thinners or protease inhibitors Consult a health care practitioner if sleeplessness persists continuously for more than 3 weeks (chronic insomnia). If you have a gallbladder disorder, consult a health care practitioner prior to use. Consumption with alcohol, other medications or natural health products with sedative properties is not recommended.

Contra-Indications: 
If you have heart disease, high or low blood pressure, kidney or liver disorder, infectious or inflammatory gastrointestinal condition, diabetes or edema (swelling of hands, face and feet) or are taking other diuretic products, do not use. Stop use and seek medical attention immediately if you experience dizziness, confusion, muscle weakness or pain, abnormal heartbeat and/or difficulty breathing. Do not use if pregnant or breastfeeding. If you have bile duct obstruction, do not use.

Known Adverse Reactions: Hypersensitivity (e.g. allergy) has been known to occur; in which case discontinue use Some people may experience drowsiness. Exercise caution if operating heavy machinery, driving a motor vehicle or involved in activities requiring mental alertness Laxative effect may occur. Discontinue use if you experience abdominal pain, cramps, spasms and/or diarrhea. May cause mild gastrointestinal disturbances.,/p>
